About us

The Fluvanna Leaders for Race & Diversity was established on June 18, 2020 in Fluvanna County.  The organization is made of a group of citizens. from Fluvanna, who are striving to bring racial diversity to the County.   We care about our county and our citizens and we want to make Fluvanna a great place to live and work for all people. 

To serve as a community action platform to bring racial, economic, educational and other forms of inequities affecting people of color in the County of Fluvanna.  To investigate the various forms of racism and discuss these matters with leaders in our community in an effort to promote and advocate a collaborative change in Fluvanna.
