Vendors and Food Trucks will be located on the campus of the Fork Union Military Academy this year right on Route 15 (near Academy Road). The addresses are below:

Check-In at 7:30 am
Please check-in at the Academy Road Entrance (see map for directions)
1. Please check in at the FLRD tent and you will be given your booth location, parking permit and instructions.
2. Also, we require that each vendor sign the attached liability form before they can check in. You will not be able to set up your booth without the signed liability form. To keep the line moving with vendors, please have your signed form with you and be ready to proceed. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL/MAIL US THIS FORM.
3. Once you have your vendor spot, please drive to your spot, unload your vehicle, and then park your vehicle in the vendor parking lot. A volunteer will be there to direct you to the vendor parking lot which is not too far from your space. NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO PARK IN THE VENDOR SPACE OR BEHIND THEIR VENDOR SPOT.
4. REMEMBER you will have a 10x10 space. So please bring your own tent, table, and chairs. FLRD will not have any of these items on hand.
VENDOR Parking – Look for the signs - (Parking maps are located at Fluvannalrd.org/2025-fork-union-day)
Vendor parking will be located on Academy Road just past Petit Foster Entrance. Someone will be there to show you where to park. You will be given a parking permit for your vehicle for that day to park in the vendor lot.
FOOD TRUCKS
Food Trucks will be located along Petit Foster Entrance from Route 15 near the Fork Union Military Academy campus. All food trucks will need to check in at the FLRD tent also and we will give you a location for your food truck.
If you are hauling your food truck, you can keep your vehicle attached to your vehicle. You do have the option to detach and park in the vendor location.
TRAFFIC
Route 15 will be closed at 9:00 a.m. to both the South and North Lanes for the parade. NO one (including vendors who are late) will be permitted to drive on Rt 15 during the parade. Once the parade is over and the parade participants have returned to Ash Market, Route 15 will be reopened to incoming/outgoing traffic. So please make sure you have checked in, and have moved your vehicle to the vendor parking lot by 9:00 a.m.
PARADE
The parade will begin at 9:30 a.m. It will start at Ash’s Market and proceed down Rt 15N and end at the Fork Union Baptist Church. Staff will be at the end of the parade to lead you to the staging area for your return.
If you are a vendor who will be in the parade, please arrive early to unload your merchandise and then proceed up the road to the parade lineup. The Fork Union Fire Department will be managing the parade and giving your lineup.
PUBLIC PARKING (Parking maps are located at Fluvannalrd.org/2025-fork-union-day)
Spectator Parking will be located at the entrance near the baseball field at the Academy. Please look for the public PARKINGsigns on Rt. 15. There will be transportation to the FUMA area via Van and/or golf cart if you need a ride. Otherwise, it is just a small walk down the sidewalk to the event for those who would like to join the day and get some exercise. You may also park in the Presbyterian’s Church parking lot just past the Academy. NO PARKING IN UNATHORIZED AREAS.
