2025 FORK UNION DAY VENDOR PORTAL

DO YOU WANT TO BE A VENDOR AT FORK UNION DAY!

 Let us help you grow your business!
 

• Exhibit your business/company.  
• Sell your favorite products and/or services.
• Generate New Customers in the area!
• Interact with our Community and surrounding counties.

Vendors will be responsible for supplying their own power/generators, table/chairs and tents.   


ALL VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO STAY THE ENTIRE TIME OF THE EVENT.  NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO LEAVE EARLY.


ALL VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN A LIABILITY WAIVER AND WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR EVENT SPACE.


FOOD TRUCKS AND FOOD VENDORS

All food vendors must have the proper serve safe certifications and certificates from the Health Department prior to the event.   If you don’t need a special certification to serve food then you are welcome to join us. 


If you need power, please bring a generator.

  Check-In at 7:30 am


Entrance of Petit-Foster Lane Entrance of Fork Union Military Academy (see map).


  • Please check in at the FLRD tent and you will be given your booth location and instructions.  
  • EACH VENDOR WILL HAVE A 10X10 SPOT,
  • Once you have your vendor spot, please drive to your spot, unload your vehicle, and then park your vehicle in

  • Once you have your vendor spot, please drive to your spot, unload your vehicle, and then park your vehicle in the vendor parking lot. A volunteer will be there to direct you to the vendor parking lot which is not too far from your space. 
  • NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO PARK IN THE VENDOR SPACE OR BEHIND THEIR VENDOR SPOT.

Vendor Check-in

  • Each vendor will be given a parking space on CAMPUS.
  • You will not be allowed to park behind your booth location, but the parking space will be withing walking distance.
  • When you arrive, you will be allowed to unload your vehicle and then proceed to your parking space. You will not be allowed to park your vehicle, unload, and set up. you will be given 30 minutes to unload.
